Everybody hates somebody. I was watching YouTube interviews this week of Cher talking about Madonna, and you could tell that even Cher has some…feelings, on that score.

This week’s free yoga class is all about letting go of bitterness.

There’s no point trying to run from bitterness. If anything, I’ve found it comes up worse, the more you try to push it down. How do we cope with these feelings and learn to release them in a healthy way, so that they don’t destroy us and make people think we’ve gone a bit bonkers?

Stop drinking poison and expecting someone else to die.

Also: Somebody please tell Cher to take my yoga class?

Love from,

Matt

P.S. It’s This Week’s Vegetarian Recipe!

Alison Roman’s Lemon White Beans With Escarole, Parmesan and Anchovy is a delicious use of escarole, which ordinarily, I find too bitter. Instead of mint, I used some cut-up fennel leaves that I had left over, this week, and it all worked out very nicely, as well as being on-theme.

Here’s to life happening for you, not to you. Namaste 🙏
