With the election looming on top of everything else, many of us are experiencing acute periods of anxiety, right now.

I’ve noticed that I’m tipping from my usual New York level—around a three out of ten on the anxiety scale—to more of a NEW YORK level. Around a seven. Or occasionally AN EIGHT.

At that level, anxiety can be a little cyclical. And it’s not far from cycling around to nervous exhaustion and the old delightful panic attacks.

I don’t want you to burn out! And so I’m going to recommend this week’s free yoga class, which is designed solely to take your anxiety down a notch. From a seven to a five.

When the pressure’s on, yoga gives us plenty of tools for managing it. I was really delighted in this class, for example, to notice that the second or third deep breath was enough to give me a sense of confidence and calm me down.

The Internet connection severed, half way through. But I was chilled out enough by then to simply start another video, and you’ll see it linked in the bottom of the youtube post there.

Have a great week.

Love from

Matt
